Refunds are handled by the app store where you made the purchase:

Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Civix purchase, and select “Report a Problem.”
Google Play (Android)
Open Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history → select the Civix purchase → Report a problem.
Subscription Management
Cancel on iOS
Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → CivixApp → Cancel Subscription.
Cancel on Android
Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → CivixApp → Cancel.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

How do I download the app?+

Is the app really free?+
Yes! Core study features including all 100 civics questions, flashcards, and quizzes are completely free. Premium features like AI mock interviews are available with an optional subscription.
What languages are supported?+
We support 7 languages: English, Spanish, Farsi (Persian), Pashto, Somali, Ukrainian, and Amharic. All questions, answers, and study materials are fully translated.
Do you collect my personal data?+
No. All study progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not collect analytics, track behavior, or store personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How does the AI mock interview work?+
Our AI officer simulates a real USCIS naturalization interview, including the oath, identity verification, N-400 review, reading/writing tests, and civics questions. Responses are processed in real time and not stored.
I found a bug or incorrect translation. How do I report it?+
